What are the best uses of the hall?
White Lake Hall is best suited for celebrations of all sorts, cultural events, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, celebrations of life, potlucks, music jams, arts programs, dances, church events, & seasonal festivals. It also serves as a vital hub for local organizations and civic use, hosting fire department training, government meetings, elections, seniors’ programs, educational classes, and a wide range of recurring community activities.
What are the house rules?
Noise must be kept at a respectful level, with all amplified sound ending by 11:00 PM and the hall fully vacated by midnight unless otherwise arranged. The venue must not exceed posted capacity limits, and all setup and teardown must be completed within the booked rental period. Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not permitted inside the building, and alcohol service is only allowed with prior approval and required licensing in place.
What are the cleaning fees and policies?
A $50 cleaning fee applies when the hall is left in near-perfect condition, covering standard light cleanup. If additional cleaning is required, costs will be deducted from the damage deposit based on the condition in which the hall is left.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the damage deposit, while cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable unless the date is rebooked.
